About These Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by Craggs Carpet & Upholstery. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services

We provide professional carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, vehicle interior cleaning, commercial cleaning, and rug restoration services across Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.

The specific work to be carried out will be agreed with you by phone before your appointment. If additional work is identified on arrival, we will discuss this with you and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are provided free of charge over the phone or on-site. All prices quoted include VAT where applicable. A quote is valid for 30 days from the date it is given unless otherwise stated.

The final price may vary from the initial quote if the condition or scope of the work differs from what was originally described. Any changes will be discussed and agreed with you before work begins.

Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings are made by phone. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a call-out charge.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.

Customer Responsibilities

Before our arrival, we ask that you:

  • Remove small or fragile items from the areas to be cleaned
  • Ensure clear access to the areas requiring work
  • Inform us of any known stains, damage, or concerns
  • Secure pets away from the work area

Results & Liability

We take great care in our work and use professional-grade equipment and products. However, we cannot guarantee the removal of every stain, as results depend on the type of stain, the fabric, and how long the stain has been present.

We will not be held liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects that become more visible after cleaning. If you have concerns about a particular item or area, please discuss this with us before work begins.

Damage

We carry public liability insurance. In the unlikely event that damage occurs as a direct result of our work, please notify us within 24 hours so that we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
